Returns & Exchanges

EXCHANGES:

1. Exchanges are allowed for all items (excluding SALE priced items and items purchased using discount codes) and must be in unused condition with tags attached (if applicable). 

2. Please email us for instructions at tonie@blazekidswear.com

3. Items can only be exchanged within 30 days of purchase date.

4. Once your item is received and inspected, the new item will be shipped out.

5. There is no guarantee that the new exchange size will be available, but we always do our best to set aside the size you need. 

RETURNS: 

1. All items must be in unused condition with tags attached (if applicable). 

2. Items will only be accepted for return in unworn and unused condition.

3. There is a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase

4. Please use the return form by logging into your account. If you do not have an account, simply create one using the email address you did when the item was purchased. This will link your past purchases and you can start the return process. 

5. Ship items back to us

6. All items at a sale price (including black friday and items that a discount code was used) are FINAL sale and cannot be returned.
